                  •                Strategic business consulting for healthcare and service-based businesses

Services may be delivered through automation software platforms (e.g., GoHighLevel), and communications may be handled or initiated by AI agents.

2. Use of AI Services
You understand and agree that:

•                Communications may be handled by an AI assistant (“Victoria”) who may collect your name, reason for inquiry, and contact information.

•                Victoria is programmed for efficiency and professionalism, but not for medical, legal, or financial decision-making.

•                By communicating through our AI tools, you consent to having your information stored and processed for service and quality purposes.

3. Data & Privacy
We value your privacy.

•                We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.

•                All client data is stored securely and handled in accordance with industry best practices.

•                You agree not to share sensitive health information (PHI) or financial account details via phone, text, or forms unless explicitly instructed.

Note: We are not a HIPAA-covered entity unless specified via a signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA).

4. Payments & Subscriptions
If you purchase services from us:

•                All fees are due in advance unless otherwise agreed.

•                Subscription services (e.g., AI support packages) will auto-renew monthly unless canceled 7 days prior to the billing date.

•                We reserve the right to pause or terminate service for non-payment.

5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:

                  •                Provide accurate and up-to-date information

                  •                Maintain a respectful tone with any team or AI agent interactions

                  •                Not use our services for illegal, unethical, or spam-related activity

6. Liability Disclaimer
KeyMed Business Strategies, LLC is not liable for:

•                Business losses, missed communications, or errors caused by third-party platforms or automation tools

•                Decisions made based on AI responses

Services are provided “as-is” and “as-available.” We make no guarantees beyond reasonable use and support.

7. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of our services constitutes agreement to the revised Terms.
